Fraizerstore.com offers free exchange for other goods.
- This only applies to deliveries to parcel shops.
 
Fill in and attach the note included in the package if you want an exchange.
- Get your item, which you want exchanged for either a different size or a different product, returned free of charge. Send the package back and we will send the correct size or the new product back to your chosen package shop in the order.
- Go to the webshop and choose either the product or another size that you want to exchange for. Here you simply place a new order/order, after which you choose delivery to a parcel shop.

You write in the "note" - when you complete the order - that this is an exchange order and indicate the number of the order that you want to send back. Write in the order note:
“I would like to exchange *your previous order number* with this purchase”

Once we have received the return item, we will refund the money to you. Any shipping charges on your exchange order will also be refunded.

Fill in these fields on the attached slip. Tick ​​if it is an item to be exchanged:
This is a replacement order ___ Order no: _______ Order no: on the new order______

Note: Don't worry about the shipping fee in second order. It will be refunded. Apply the attached return label as supplied and send the package back.
