Returns

We offer a 14-day full return policy on items purchased from our webshop unless otherwise agreed.

The period is calculated from the day you receive your order. Any return shipping costs are your responsibility, as is the choice of courier.

You are responsible for covering the costs of returning the item.

If you wish to return an item, there are two options:

1. Attach the provided return label. This costs €6, which will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

2. Include your order confirmation in the package and send it back to our address. In this case, you will arrange and cover the shipping costs. The package must be sent directly to our address and not to parcel shops.

The condition of the item will be assessed by Fraizerstore.com. If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, properties, and function, it will be considered used and of reduced value. This means that in the event of cancellation, you may receive only part or none of the purchase price as a refund.

You cannot cancel your purchase by simply refusing to receive the item without providing clear notice to us.
