Payment
All prices displayed on the website are in EUR, inclusive of VAT, and exclusive of delivery costs.
Fraizerstore.com accepts online payments via Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, MobilePay Online. No transaction fees will be added to your purchase.
The payment for your order will only be charged to your account when the item is shipped unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
Fraizerstore.com uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information, ensuring a completely secure connection.
Delivery
We offer shipping via GLS and DB Schenker (SE), with options for parcel shop delivery, home delivery, and delivery to business addresses.
- Delivery time: 2-4 business days. Orders placed during weekends may experience longer delivery times.
- Free shipping to parcel shops or business addresses for orders over €90.
- Shipping for orders under €90: €6 (parcel shop or business address).
- Home delivery: €9.
We ship to all countries, but the shipping cost varies depending on the destination and package size.
All parcels are sent as package mail via GLS, including a Track & Trace number and full insurance during delivery.
Exchanges
Fraizerstore.com offers free exchanges for another product.
- This applies only to parcel shop deliveries.
Complete and include the form provided in your package if you wish to exchange an item.
- Return the item for free, and we will send the desired size or new product to the parcel shop specified in your order.
- Alternatively, visit our webshop, select the product or size you want, and place a new order. Indicate in the “notes” section during checkout that this is an exchange order, and include the order number for the item you wish to return. Write:
“I would like to exchange your previous order number with this purchase.”
Once we receive the returned item, we will refund your payment, including any shipping costs for the exchange order.

Note: Don’t worry about the shipping fee on the second order—it will be refunded. Attach the provided return label and send the package back.

Right of Withdrawal
We offer a 14-day full return policy on items purchased from our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive your order. Any return shipping costs are your responsibility, as is the choice of courier.
You are responsible for covering the costs of returning the item.
If you wish to return an item, there are two options:

Attach the provided return label. This costs €6, which will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

Include your order confirmation in the package and send it back to our address. In this case, you will arrange and cover the shipping costs. The package must be sent directly to our address and not to parcel shops.

The condition of the item will be assessed by Fraizerstore.com. If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, properties, and function, it will be considered used and of reduced value. This means that in the event of cancellation, you may receive only part or none of the purchase price as a refund.
You cannot cancel your purchase by simply refusing to receive the item without providing clear notice to us.
Warranty
Under Danish law, a 2-year warranty is provided for all products. The warranty covers defects in materials and/or manufacturing.
Claims must be reported within a reasonable time after receiving the item. One month is considered reasonable unless otherwise agreed.
The warranty does not cover faults or damages caused by improper handling of the product.
Claims must be sent to our warehouse but only after agreement with us.
